  • Myth– Usage of keyboard and typing can cause wrist pain
    Fact– As we all know that, repetitive actions and increased stress on the wrist can lead to pain in the wrist, and usage of the keyboard alone cannot cause wrist pain, whereas it can trigger the risk.
  • Myth– If you can move your wrist it is not broken.
