Green Leafy Vegetables for Good Health

Leafy vegetables, especially dark greens vegetables are called nutritional powerhouses, they are a great source of vitamins A, C and K, minerals, fiber and phytonutrients. Leafy vegetables are ideal for weight management as they are vital source of antioxidants and are low in calories.
